Since all our products are digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been successfully downloaded. We put a lot of care into describing each product and providing preview images so you know exactly what you are getting before you buy.
Duplicate Download / Download issues
That said, we completely understand that things can sometimes go wrong. If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, just reach out to us and we will be happy to process a refund for the duplicate order
If you are having any trouble with your download — whether the file is not opening, the link is not working, or something just does not seem right — please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to sort it out for you as quickly as possible.
