A	supply of all materials, galvanized angles (for exposed edges), galvanized mesh (between block wall and concrete), mixing, scaffolds, curing, workmanship & tools and anywhere else, needed, all according to drawings, specifications, conditions and directed instructions by the Engineer or his representative..ions.		included
1	Internal Plastering on Ceiling
1.1	Supply and make internal plastering 6 to 8 mm thickness and plumb, Cement , Sand Ratio (as per Specification) on Ceiling, Rates to include application on all types of surfaces, at all levels. Allow for Providing and fixing galvanized chicken mesh 300mm wide and 0.5mm thick and provide 12mm groove at junctions of brick and concrete members (if needed). Mesh to be properly stretched and nailed ensuring equal thickness of plaster on both sides of the mesh. Providing necessary plaster grooves as per design, etc. Note: Curing should be done in 7-10 days Works include all materials needed to finish the works according to specifications , drawings and supervisor engineer's instructions	m2
2	Internal Plastering on Walls
2.1	Supply and make internal plastering 12 to 15 mm mm thickness at all heights in line, level, and plumb, Cement , Sand Ratio (as per Specification) on brick walls or block walls, Rates to include application on all types of surfaces, at all levels. Allow for Providing and fixing galvanized chicken mesh 300mm wide and 0.5mm thick and provide 12mm groove at junctions of brick and concrete members (if needed). Mesh to be properly stretched and nailed ensuring equal thickness of plaster on both sides of the mesh. Providing necessary plaster grooves as per design, etc. Note: Curing should be done in 7-10 days Works include all materials needed to finish the works according to specifications , drawings and supervisor engineer's instructions	m2
3	Internal Plastering with Waterproofing on Walls
3.1	Supply and make internal plastering 12 to 15 mm thickness at all heights in line, level, and plumb, Cement, Sand Ratio (as per Specification) admixed with proprietary waterproofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 on brick walls or block walls. Rates to include application on all types of surfaces, at all levels. Allow for Providing and fixing galvanized chicken mesh of 300mm wide and 0.5mm thick and provide 12mm groove at junctions of brick and concrete members (if needed). Mesh to be properly stretched and nailed ensuring equal thickness of plaster on both sides of the mesh. No separate payment shall be made for providing and fixing chicken mesh. 4	External Plastering with Waterproofing on Walls
4.1	Supply and make External plastering 15 to 18 mm. thick plaster on external walls in Cement, Sand Ratio (as per Specification) mixed with waterproofing compound conforming to IS: Approved waterproofing agent as per specifications, Rates to include application on all types of surfaces, at all levels. And provide a 12mm groove at junctions of brick and concrete members (if needed). (All work up to 15.0 Meter height from the plinth) Note: Curing should be done in 7-10 days, Works include all materials needed to finish the works according to specifications, drawings and supervisor engineer's instructions	m2
4.2	Supply and make External plastering 15 to 18 mm. thick plaster on external walls in Cement, Sand Ratio (as per Specification) mixed with waterproofing compound conforming to IS: Approved waterproofing agent as per specifications, Rates to include application on all types of surfaces, at all levels. And provide a 12mm groove at junctions of brick and concrete members (if needed).
