As per drawing diameter of column = 400 mm
So, r (radius) =400 /2 = 200mm / 0.20 m
h – Height of Column, As per drawing diameter of column = 5.00m
So, the surface area of column is = (2 π r h)
(2 π r h) =2 x 3.14 x 0.20 x 5.00 = 6.28 m2
Total Surface Area / Painting Area / Shuttering area of Column is = 6.28 m2
Volume of Circular column / Concrete volume calculation for circular column
Volume = Area X Height
Area of circle = πr2
So, Volume of circular column = πr2 h
So π=3.14, r=0.20 m & h = 5.0m
πr2 h = 3.14 x 0.20 2 x 5.0
Volume of Circular column / Concrete quantity of Column is = 0. 628 m3
