How much Cement, Sand, Aggregate quantities required for 1 mᶟ of Concrete?

Posted on September 19, 2022
If, GRADE OF CONCRETE IS M-05, Ratio of M-05 Concrete – 1: 5: 10

CEMENT
: – Required Quantity of Cement is – 0.096 mᶟ,
29 bags of Cement required for 1mᶟ, So, 2.79 bags say 3 Bags of cement are required, 1 cement Bag is equal to 50 Kg So, 139.56 Kg is Cement is required. (Without any Wastage)

SAND : – Required Quantity of Sand is – 0.481 mᶟ / 16.993 ftᶟ (Without any Wastage)

AGGREGATE : – Required Quantity of Sand is – 0.963 mᶟ / 33.99 ftᶟ (Without any Wastage)

If, GRADE OF CONCRETE IS M-7.5, Ratio of M-7.5 Concrete – 1: 4: 8

CEMENT : – Required Quantity of Cement is – 0.118 mᶟ,29 bags of Cement required for 1mᶟ, So, 3.43 bags say 3.5 bags of cement are required, 1 cement Bag is equal to 50 Kg So, 171.169 Kg is Cement is required. (Without any Wastage)

SAND : – Required Quantity of Sand is – 0.474 mᶟ / 16.732 ftᶟ (Without any Wastage)

AGGREGATE : -Required Quantity of Sand is – 0.948 mᶟ / 33.46 ftᶟ (Without any Wastage)

If, GRADE OF CONCRETE IS M-10, Ratio of M-10 Concrete – 1: 3: 6

CEMENT : – Required Quantity of Cement is – 0.154 mᶟ,29 bags of Cement required for 1mᶟ, So, 4.46 bags say 4.50 bags of cement are required, 1 cement Bag is equal to 50 Kg So, 223.30 Kg is Cement is required. (Without any Wastage)

SAND : – Required Quantity of Sand is – 0.462 mᶟ / 16.313 ftᶟ (Without any Wastage)

AGGREGATE : –  Required Quantity of Sand is – 0.924 mᶟ / 32.63 ftᶟ (Without any Wastage)

If, GRADE OF CONCRETE IS M-15, Ratio of M-15 Concrete – 1: 2: 4

CEMENT : – Required Quantity of Cement is – 0.220 mᶟ,29 bags of Cement required for 1mᶟ, So, 6.38 bags say 6.50 bags of cement are required, 1 cement Bag is equal to 50 Kg So, 319.00 Kg is Cement is required. (Without any Wastage)

SAND : – Required Quantity of Sand is – 0.440 mᶟ / 15.536 ftᶟ (Without any Wastage)

AGGREGATE : –  Required Quantity of Sand is – 0.880 mᶟ / 31.07 ftᶟ (Without any Wastage)

If, GRADE OF CONCRETE IS M-20, Ratio of M-20 Concrete – 1: 1.5: 3

CEMENT : – Required Quantity of Cement is – 0.280 mᶟ,29 bags of Cement required for 1mᶟ, So, 8.12 bags say 8.50 bags of cement are required, 1 cement Bag is equal to 50 Kg So, 406.00 Kg is Cement is required. (Without any Wastage)

SAND : – Required Quantity of Sand is – 0.420 mᶟ / 14.830  ftᶟ (Without any Wastage)

AGGREGATE : –  Required Quantity of Sand is – 0.840 mᶟ / 29.66  ftᶟ (Without any Wastage)

If, GRADE OF CONCRETE IS M-25, Ratio of M-25 Concrete – 1: 1: 2

CEMENT : – Required Quantity of Cement is – 0.385 mᶟ,29 bags of Cement required for 1mᶟ, So, 11.16 bags Say 11.50 bags of cement are required, 1 cement Bag is equal to 50 Kg So, 558.25 Kg is Cement is required. (Without any Wastage)

SAND : – Required Quantity of Sand is – 0.385  mᶟ / 13.594  ftᶟ (Without any Wastage)

AGGREGATE : -Required Quantity of Sand is – 0.770 mᶟ / 27.16  ftᶟ (Without any Wastage)
