1 Rates of Concrete Works shall include :-        
1.1 Supplying, Casting, vibrating and curing as per specifications. Included    
1.2 Approved additives and admixtures. Included    
1.3 Incurred costs on New Concrete Job Mix Designs, Sampling, testing and providing test results certificates, storing and saving of samples, and preparation of bar bending schedules and workshops. Included    
1.4 Compaction and testing under the foundation, ground beams, and ground slabs, the compaction must exceed 98% of MDD. Included    
1.5 Prices including Mix Design, striking, polyethylene sheet (for any concrete contact with the soil) Included    
1.6 external surfaces, workmanship, all ducts, sleeves, opening areas and the concrete surface shall be finished with mechanical steel trowel and the price shall include steel trowelling with smooth face (fair face)and anywhere else, needed Included    
1.7 All works according to specifications , drawings and supervisor engineer instructions Included    
  Plain Cement concrete -A        
A Supply and cast plain Cement concrete-A (200) kg/cm2 & including all Materials & as per Drawings Specification & supervisor engineer instructions        
A.1 For Below foundations, supports, anchor blocks, benching, slopes.   For blinding beds including polythene sheets as per specifications. m3      
  Reinforced Cement Concrete - B        
B Supply and cast ready mix reinforced concrete-B (300) kg/cm2 & including all Materials & as per Drawings Specification & supervisor engineer instructions        
B.1 For Foundations &  ground beams m3      
B.2 For stairs including flights, landings, steps & drop beams m3      
B.3 Beams, Ramp & parapet m3      
B.4 For inverted beams everywhere in the slab drainage, electrical, air conditioning, mechanical ducts m3      
B.5 For solid slab, staircase slab and duct Slab & Concrete Decoration m3      
  Reinforced Cement Concrete - C        
C Supply and cast ready mix reinforced concrete-C (350) kg/cm2 & including all Materials & as per Drawings Specification & supervisor engineer instructions        
C.1 For columns and column necks m3      
C.2 For reinforced walls and solid slab and Openings cover pre-casting m3      
  Reinforced Cement Concrete - D        
D Supply and cast ready mix reinforced concrete-D (250) kg/cm2 & including all Materials & as per Drawings Specification & supervisor engineer instructions        
D.1 For Ground Slab 10cm thick with steel mesh 8mm diameter every 20cm including polythene sheets below concrete slab m3      
D.2 For External steps & its edge beams. Including flights, landings, steps, drop, inverted beams and hand rail wall including entrance stairs, Ramp & parapet m3      
D.3 For Expansion joints inverted beams at the roof m3      
D.4 For doors and Windows lintels and roof coping m3
